Mingde College has 213 full-time teachers. 141 of them have obtained associate professorship. Presently, it boasts about 30 undergraduate programs such as Civil Construction, Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Information, Computer, Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering, Law, English, Economics, Administration, and Art. Now it has a total enrolment of more than 3,000 students.

In the College, diploma-aimed education for four-year undergraduate programs is the focus. Besides, in the light of its nature and the actual needs of society, the College provides multi-tiered education forms, with short-term non-degree courses. It develops practical specialties that can help turn out talented personnel to meet the development of the local society and economy.
